Twenty-Four Hours Of American-Made Music.
☼ October 1, 2026
America’s music livestreamed to you from the East Coast.
This year’s International Day Of Music (IDOM 2026) is going to be celebrated with 24 hours of continuous music, plus music-based commentary! We hope you will join us for this remarkable, first-ever event!
All music in this day’s livestream will be performed on American soil. Every nationality and continent is welcome to enjoy the show. The IDOM 2026 LIVESTREAM originates at Yasgur’s Farm, located in upstate New York.
In 1969, Max Yasgur, a dairy farmer from New York, stepped forward to host the Woodstock Music & Art Fair. His kind act saved one epic show. Woodstock’s creative team had just been outed from its previously scheduled venue in Woodstock, New York. To overcome the setback seemed impossible. However, Yasgur’s friendly disposition changed the future of music festivals and entertainment. His frank gesture of support landed his farm—where half a million people enjoyed 3+ continous days of great music—a treasured place in American history.
Today, Jeryl Abramson, a music lover, owns Yasgur’s original homestead. She supports music and operates the Yasgur Road Campground. Click for details: www.yasgurroadcampground.com .
Every style is welcome.
Every participant shall be respected.
On October 1, celebrate America’s diverse music community for 24 hours!
It’s one full day of music coming out of Yasgur’s Farm, located in Bethel, New York.
At 8pm on the International Day of Music, Brittany Davis, of Loosegroove Records, performs inside The Cutting Room, one of New York City’s premier music spots.
On the International Day of Music, enjoy two outstanding shows inside one of Oregon’s favorite music houses: McMenamins Old Church, located south of Portland in the city of Wilsonville. At 7:30pm, Syco Billy’s String Band takes the stage for one solid hour of the best French-influenced newgrass/folk music. Following their show, Arietta Ward (aka Mz. Etta) brings her funk soul music that makes her Portland’s favored Funk Diva, along with a dynamic three-piece band.
